To make a request for any kind of show or entertainment you can contact us filling a short form or directly over the telephone, email us to sales@myeventscorporation.com

You will be immediately contacted for clarifying your needs and expectations etc.

Within 2-3 days you will receive an offer with few options for you to choose and make your decision or make needful changes, negotiate etc.

After mutual signed contract, all the invoices should be settled on or before due date or within the agreed credit period. If there is any discrepancy on our invoice, it should be brought forward to our notice immediately upon receipt, no reduction on our invoices are allowed at any circumstance without prior authorization or credit note.

Ethical Engagement and Non-Circumvention

To uphold the integrity and trust of our platform, Events Corpration (PT ARTEE) requires that all introductions and subsequent engagements between artists and hotels be conducted exclusively through our company. Direct dealings between artists and hotels outside our platform, following an introduction by us, are considered a breach our ethical standards and terms of service.

In case of such a breach, the offending party will incur a fine equal to 100% of contracted amount that would have been facilitated through our agency. This clause reinforces our commitment to ethical business practices and ensures fair and transparent operations within our platform.

By using our services, both parties agree to adhere to this clause, thereby fostering a trustworthy and ethical marketplace.


METHODS OF PAYMENT
Telegraphic Transfer (T.T.) ie. Swift Transfer – From foreign bank accounts to our company account held with BNI (Indonesia)
Once you have made the payment, we will send you a confirmation receipt.
Please note, all bookings are confirmed only upon submission of payment.

CURRENCY
All prices will be provided in United States Dollars (USD).

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Although these are general terms and conditions of our booking policy, we will at all times, be open to negotiate considering each individual requirements.
We may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If we do amend these terms and conditions, the amended terms will be effective when posted on this website and
you are deemed to have accepted the relevant changes.
